NMR
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance is a powerful spectroscopic technique that provides information on both the structural and chemical properties of certain molecules. It is one of the few non-destructive methods for analyzing 3D structure and molecular dynamics. Uses include monitoring chemical reactions and internal motions within regions of larger molecules such as loops in a protein or the base pairs in DNA or RNA.
Quantifies up to 80 metabolites and ratios from 5 chemical classes
Includes the following sample types: serum, plasma, CSF
Includes automated spectra profiling and data analysis software
The assay is fully validated
Kits manufactured in a QMS-compliant facility
